Product Introduction
The power quality tester, also known as the comprehensive power quality tester or portable power quality detector, is used to monitor power quality. It can continuously measure voltage, current harmonics, three-phase, flicker and other information related to grid power online. Handheld power quality tester, which can record and analyze all power quality parameters such as harmonics, voltage, current, frequency, fluctuation, flicker, power, and three-phase imbalance on site. It also has advanced measurement functions such as power transient monitoring, waveform recording analysis, energy efficiency loss assessment, and inverter measurement. The measurement results provide free upper computer analysis software for secondary analysis, providing accurate data basis for power grid power quality management.
Performance characteristics
1. Wave recording analysis
Support 1-10 minute waveform recording function, support custom sampling points to record raw waveforms, PC professional upper computer analysis software for secondary waveform analysis, more effectively analyze the causes of power grid faults.
2. Parameter statistics
Comprehensively record and analyze power quality parameters. The minimum recording interval is 0.2 seconds, and the recorded data can be used for secondary analysis by the upper computer software and can generate custom or national standard reports.
3. Transient monitoring
200kHz high-speed fixed frequency sampling can capture the shortest 50us waveform instantaneous pulse, capture rapidly changing waveform data, and support non-destructive recording of transient events.
4. Energy efficiency loss assessment
Support power decomposition, detailed statistics of power loss caused by various types of parameters, support pollution assessment, and visually display the economic losses caused by energy loss in the form of currency.
5. Inverter measurement
Can perform electrical parameter analysis on single-phase/three-phase inverters, analyze and record parameters such as DC input, AC output, and conversion efficiency of the inverter.
6. Oscilloscope
Display 4-channel voltage and current waveforms, support horizontal and vertical scaling, visually display waveform distortion, and understand the impact of high-order harmonics on signals.

The measurement accuracy meets the IEC 61000-4-30A standard, with IEC61000-4-7 harmonic measurement and IEC61000-4-15 flicker measurement. The maximum measurable instantaneous voltage is 6000V, and the maximum frequency of high-order harmonics can reach 9kHz

6. Data analysis software PQViewer
Power Quality Data Analysis Software (PQViewer) is a data analysis software that is compatible with power quality analyzers.
PQViewer can read the power quality data files collected and recorded by the analyzer, provide data analysis and statistical functions, and export measurement data and reports that comply with international standards, which helps to quickly and accurately locate power quality issues.
Data analysis function
Statistical data analysis, displaying the statistical results of voltage, current, power, frequency, and harmonics data in the form of trend charts, providing a clear view of all changes in the state of electrical energy data;
Harmonic analysis, using histograms and trend charts to display statistical results of harmonic data, from detailed harmonic data to macroscopic results, is under control;
Event data analysis (transient events and steady-state alarm events), reporting the time, type, and detailed data of the event occurrence, allowing for single channel analysis and multi-channel comparative analysis of the power quality status at the time of the event occurrence;
Generate reports that comply with national standards through simple operations
7. Data Export and Reporting
Export report content, quickly output Excel format reports, trend charts, harmonic spectrum bar charts, and ITIC curves, widely used for secondary analysis of measurement data, with higher efficiency; Simultaneously provide Word format reports, where table data and images can be viewed simultaneously, providing rich content and saving time.
Export raw data as CSV files to facilitate secondary data processing and analysis, resulting in accurate results; Easy to operate, export can be completed in two steps.
