Testing method for efficiency value of PR system in photovoltaic power station
The Performance Ratio (PR) of a photovoltaic power station is one of the important indicators for measuring the power generation efficiency of a photovoltaic power station, and its calculation formula is:
PR=(actual power generation ÷ installed capacity of power station) ÷ (theoretical power generation ÷ installed capacity of power station)
Among them, the actual power generation refers to the actual power generation of the power station within a certain period of time, and the theoretical power generation refers to the total amount of power that the power station should generate under standard testing conditions during that period of time.
Therefore, to test the PR value of a photovoltaic power plant, the following steps are usually required:
1. Installation of monitoring equipment: Install monitoring equipment in the power station, such as solar irradiance meters, thermometers, and ammeters, to monitor the output power, environmental factors, and meteorological conditions of the power station in real time.
2. Data collection: Over a period of time, based on the data collected by the equipment, record parameters such as the output power of the power station, solar irradiance per unit area of the power station, module temperature, and tilt angle.
3. Calculate theoretical power generation: Based on the technical parameters of photovoltaic modules, local solar irradiance, and environmental temperature, calculate the total amount of power that the photovoltaic power station should generate under standard testing conditions.
4. Calculate actual power generation: Based on real-time monitoring data, calculate the actual power generation of the power station within a certain period of time.
5. Calculate PR value: Compare the actual power generation with the theoretical power generation to calculate the PR value of the power station.
When testing PR values, the following points should be noted:
1.During testing, typical sunny periods should be selected to ensure the reliability of the test results.
2.During the testing process, the accuracy of the radiometer and thermometer should be maintained to ensure the precision of the test data.
3. Conduct multiple repeated tests on the test results to ensure their credibility and accuracy.
4.To ensure the consistency of test data, the stability of test conditions should be ensured, such as test timing and testing equipment.
The LAILX PR tester can measure the power and conversion efficiency of photovoltaic power plants at the inverter, with higher accuracy compared to traditional irradiance testing.
